We are seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU staff nurse to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). 

• The NICU nurse will be responsible for monitoring neonatal patients, administering medications, assisting neonatologists during procedures, operating neonatal life-support equipment, and implementing individualized care plans. 
• The role includes maintaining accurate patient records, educating parents on newborn care, ensuring infection control practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and high-quality neonatal care. 
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity neonatal environment.

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients.
