We are seeking a proactive resident medical officer (ward) to provide comprehensive inpatient medical care and ensure effective coordination of patient treatment across hospital wards. 

• The RMO will perform patient assessments, monitor clinical progress, prescribe medications under consultant guidance, coordinate investigations, and maintain accurate medical documentation. 
• The role involves assisting consultants during rounds, managing admissions and discharges, responding to medical emergencies, and coordinating with nursing and allied healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. 
• The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently.

• Assess and manage admitted ward patients.
• Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Prescribe medications under consultant supervision.
• Coordinate laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic investigations.
• Assist during admissions, rounds, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and Code Blue calls.
• Coordinate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure effective shift handovers.
• Follow hospital policies and clinical protocols.
