We are looking for a compassionate resident medical officer (NICU) to provide medical care to newborns admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. 

• The RMO will assess neonatal patients, monitor clinical progress, assist neonatologists during procedures, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans. 
• The role includes maintaining accurate patient documentation, interpreting laboratory results, communicating with parents, and ensuring adherence to neonatal care protocols and infection control practices. 
• The ideal candidate should have strong neonatal care knowledge and the ability to manage emergency situations effectively.

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Assist neonatologists during procedures and emergencies.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic reports.
• Prescribe medications under consultant supervision.
• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and blood bank services.
• Maintain neonatal medical records and discharge summaries.
• Attend neonatal emergencies and Code Blue calls.
• Communicate with parents regarding patient status.
• Ensure smooth clinical handovers between shifts.
• Follow NICU protocols and infection control guidelines.
