We are seeking a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (ICU) to provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. 

• The RMO will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, monitoring patient progress, managing emergencies, assisting consultants during critical procedures, and ensuring timely implementation of treatment plans. 
• The role includes interpreting investigation reports, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate medical documentation, responding to Code Blue situations, and ensuring continuity of patient care. 
• The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical judgment, strong critical care knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• Assess and manage critically ill ICU patients.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies.
• Assist consultants during ICU procedures.
• Prescribe medications as per consultant guidance.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic reports.
• Coordinate with OT, the lab, the blood bank, and radiology.
• Maintain patient records and discharge summaries.
• Attend Code Blue and emergency calls.
• Ensure smooth handover to incoming RMOs.
• Follow hospital protocols and quality standards.
