We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our IVF and fertility team. 

• The resident medical officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical support throughout the patient journey, including initial assessments, history taking, patient counseling, OPD management, treatment coordination, and ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols.
• The role involves assisting fertility specialists in delivering high-quality reproductive healthcare, monitoring patient progress, obtaining informed consents, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and a keen interest in reproductive medicine and infertility management.

• Obtain detailed medical, surgical, and fertility histories from patients.
• Perform clinical assessments and assist consultants in patient evaluation.
• Counsel patients and their families regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available services.
• Explain treatment plans and expected outcomes and obtain informed consent.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the OPD and coordinate patient appointments.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and treatment notes.
  Coordinate with embryologists, nursing staff, the laboratory, and other
• departments for seamless patient care.
• Assist consultants during diagnostic and treatment procedures as required.
• Monitor patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care throughout the treatment cycle.
• Educate patients on medication protocols, investigations, and post-treatment instructions.
• Support patient conversion by delivering ethical counseling and exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and regulatory guidelines.
