We are seeking an experienced and results-driven manager of operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services.

• The manager of operations will be responsible for coordinating clinical and non-clinical departments, optimizing operational efficiency, implementing hospital policies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
• The role involves supervising departments including nursing, medical services, operation theater, ICU, emergency, diagnostics, OPD, pharmacy, billing, TPA, medical records, blood bank, biomedical waste management, ambulance services, and facility operations. 
• The candidate will work closely with consultants, department heads, and hospital management to improve patient experience, resolve operational challenges, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous process improvement. 
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with extensive experience in hospital operations and healthcare administration.

• Oversee daily hospital operations and departmental coordination.
• Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services.
• Supervise nursing, OT, ICU, emergency, diagnostics, OPD, and support services.
• Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, and department heads.
• Monitor patient care quality and operational efficiency.
• Handle patient concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, regulatory, and hospital policies.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Oversee facility management, biomedical waste, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Drive quality improvement, process optimization, and strategic operational initiatives.
